Mitchell Lofts is pleased to partner with the Y to help create a new state of the art 50,000 square foot YMCA facility at BEECH HOUSE. Purchasers receive a two year membership as a welcome to their new homes.
This state of the art community facility will be located on the ground floor and minus one level in BEECH HOUSE, with its main entrance off Kingston Road. It will include a gym, full size pool, therapy pool, group fitness areas, child minding, as well as spaces for youth and community programs. Purchasers at BEECH HOUSE will receive a two year membership with their new homes to encourage them to make full use of this wonderful asset. A Green P or similar parking facility will be incorporated at the minus two level to provide ample parking for both the Y and residential visitors.
As a charity, the YMCA is focused on "building healthy communities" by providing opportunities for personal growth, community involvement and leadership. Through community engagement with residents, the Y is committed to identifying and addressing the specific needs of the Beach neighbourhood.
